Mahakali highway reopens after landslide clearance
Darchula: The Mahakali Highway, which had been obstructed by a landslide, has been reopened for traffic.
Continuous rainfall on Sunday night triggered landslides at Terchhalek in Malikarjun Rural Municipality-3 and Ranebas in Shailyashikhar Municipality-6 along the Gokuleshwor–Darchula road section. The highway was cleared and brought back into operation after 11 am, informed Darchula Chief District Officer Anil Poudel.
