Armed police constable injured after being hit by microbus in Kailali
Dhangadhi: An Armed Police Force (APF) Constable has sustained serious injuries after being hit by a microbus in Kailali.
The injured has been identified as 39-year-old Rajendra Bam of Shuklaphanta Municipality-9, Kanchanpur. Bam, who was riding a motorcycle at the time of the incident, suffered severe head and facial injuries and is currently undergoing treatment in Dhangadhi.
Bam is a Constable serving at the Revenue, Customs and Industrial Training School in Tikapur.
Police have taken the microbus and its driver, 39-year-old Krishna Tharu of Phulbari, Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-19, into custody for further investigation.
