Political parties must provide programs, not just slogans: Unified Socialist Vice President Joshi
Dhangadhi: Nepal Communist Party (Unified Socialist) Vice President Bhanubhakta Joshi has underscored the need for political parties to prioritize concrete programs over mere slogans.
Addressing a press conference organized by the party’s provincial committee in Dhangadhi ahead of its first Far West Provincial Convention, Joshi remarked, “Youth migration is increasing daily. All political parties must focus on creating employment opportunities within the country to curb this growing trend.”
Joshi, a former minister, acknowledged that while there has been progress in infrastructure development, including roads, drinking water, bridges, and communication, unemployment and governance challenges remain critical concerns. “People are frustrated due to unemployment and poor governance. All parties must collaborate to resolve these pressing issues,” he asserted.
Emphasizing the need for national unity, Joshi urged both ruling and opposition parties to work together to address the increasing disenchantment among the youth.
At the same event, Harka Bahadur Singh, the party’s Far West Provincial Chairman, announced that the party’s Far West Provincial Convention will take place in Dhangadhi on Chaitra 17 and 18.
