CYC sports league kicks off in Attariya

Dhangadhi: The CYC Sports League has commenced in Attariya, Kailali, organized by the New Creative Youth Club (CYC).

The league officially began on Monday with an inaugural ceremony attended by distinguished guests, including Godavari Municipality-3 Ward Chairman Tejraj Awasthi, who served as the chief guest. The event also saw the participation of personalities from various fields.

The program was held under the chairmanship of Youth Club Chairman Nar Bahadur Rai and was conducted by Chhabindra Nath Yogi.

According to the organizers, the league features three sports categories: cricket, football, and volleyball. A total of eight teams have been formed to compete across all categories, with each team named after various tourist destinations of Godavari Municipality.
