Bus driver succumbs to injuries following accident in Kailali

Dhangadhi: A bus accident in Kailali has claimed the life of its driver.

The incident occurred on Monday, resulting in the death of 25-year-old Mohan Japrel, a resident of Durgathali Rural Municipality-5, Bhalanya, Bajhang.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ganga Bahadur Thapa of the Area Police Office, Malakheti, reported that the bus (Sudurpaschim Province No. 01-001 Kha 3228) lost control and crashed near Bandevi, Godavari Municipality-4.

The driver sustained critical injuries in the accident and was rushed to Seti Provincial Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment, DSP Thapa confirmed.
