Passenger jeep accident in Bajhang leaves four injured

Bajhang: A passenger jeep met with an accident in Bajhang, injuring four people.

According to the District Police Office in Bajhang, the accident involved jeep No. 18 Ch 5149, which occurred near the barracks in Jayaprithvi Municipality-11, Bhopur. The vehicle was carrying seven passengers at the time.

The injured passengers have been identified as 56-year-old Bir Bahadur Bamma, 45-year-old Dhan Lakshmi Devi Bamma, both from Dinanot Rural Municipality-1, along with 25-year-old Vidya Bohara and 17-year-old Shankar Dhami from Jayaprithvi Municipality-11.

All injured passengers are currently receiving treatment at District Hospital Bajhang. The driver, 23-year-old Nabin Bohara of Danot Rural Municipality-1, is presently in police custody.
