Goods Worth Lakhs Seized from Various Places in Kailali and Kanchanpur

In Kailali, goods were seized from Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-2, Purano Bhansar Road, Dhangadhi-3 Traffic Chowk, Dhangadhi-18, Bhajani Municipality-6, Mahadeuli, and Bhajani-9, Amari.

Estimated goods worth approximately 4,65,170 Nepali Rupees including chewing tobacco, cigarettes, Kurkure snacks, slippers, bags, traditional Nepali attire, fish, and Indian number plate motorcycles were seized.

Similarly, Lamki Chuha Municipality-2, Motipur, Ghodaghodi Municipality-11, Ambasa, and Kailari Rural Municipality-5, Gobrela, seized goods estimated at approximately 4,65,170 Nepali Rupees, including chewing tobacco, cigarettes, Kurkure snacks, slippers, bags, traditional Nepali attire, fish, and Indian number plate motorcycles.

Additionally, in Kanchanpur, seized goods estimated at approximately 4,04,865 Nepali Rupees were seized from Bhimdatta Municipality-10, Sukasal, Gajjar, Bhimdatta-17, Bashkheda, and Punarvas Municipality-11, Doke Bazaar.

The seized goods include sugar, edible oil, sweets, shoes, sandals, traditional attire, T-shirts, vests, underwear, socks, towel, plastic sheet, stickers, and plastic film. The seized goods have been handed over to the customs office for further action, as informed by the police.
