One person injured in gas explosion in Bajhang

Bajhang: An individual has sustained injuries in a gas explosion that took place in Bajhang.

A 27-year-old named Ratan Dhal, residing in Mashta Rural Municipality Melkhet, was harmed in a gas explosion at a poultry farm located in Mashta Rural Municipality-2, Melkhet. The incident occurred at 7 am on Tuesday, as reported by Bhatekhola Police Station in Mashta.

It is presumed that the explosion resulted from a gas leakage near the cylinder's regulator. The victim suffered burns on the face and various parts of the body. Presently, the injured person is receiving medical treatment at District Hospital Bajhang, as confirmed by the police.
