Far west state government will operate an agricultural ambulance

Dhangadhi: The Sudurpaschim Province government has announced its plan to establish and operate an agricultural ambulance service in the forthcoming fiscal year 2080/081 BS, with a focus on supporting the agricultural sector.

Naresh Shahi, the Minister of Economic Affairs for the state government, unveiled this initiative during the budget presentation. Minister Shahi, who currently oversees the cost-sharing ambulance service for the transportation and marketing of vegetables and fruits, highlighted the significance of this new agricultural ambulance service.

The introduction of the agricultural ambulance service aims to address the specific needs of farmers and enhance their access to crucial healthcare services in rural areas. This strategic initiative underscores the government's commitment to bolstering the agricultural sector and ensuring the well-being of farmers in Sudurpaschim Province.
