Kailali: Fugitive Suspect in Drug Case Apprehended

In a significant development, the fugitive accused in a drug case has been successfully arrested in Kailali.

The apprehended individual is identified as Sanam Bhandari, a 36-year-old resident of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-7 within the district. Following the verdict by the Kanchanpur District Court, which sentenced Bhandari to 28 days of imprisonment along with a fine of Rs. 2000, efforts were intensified to locate and detain him.

A joint police team, comprising personnel from the District Police Office Kanchanpur and the District Police Office Kailali, successfully apprehended Bhandari from his residence.

This arrest marks a significant step forward in ensuring the enforcement of justice and upholding the law. Bhandari will now face the legal proceedings associated with his drug-related charges.
