Fugitive Charged with Vehicular Manslaughter Apprehended in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: Authorities successfully apprehended a fugitive in Dhangadhi who was evading the law. The Sudu Paschim Province Police Office in Dhangadhi reported the arrest of 43-year-old Man Bahadur Chaudhary, a resident of Ward No. 4 in the sub-metropolitan city.

On October 31, 2018 (14th Kartik, 2075 BS), the Kailali District Court had imposed a fine of Rs. 2000 in a case related to a fatal accident involving a vehicle. Acting on the warrant, the police team from the Hasulia Area Police Office located and arrested him in Somwar, Kailali, specifically in Ward No. 3 of Kailari Rural Municipality.

The arrest marks a significant development in ensuring justice for the incident, as authorities bring the accused to face legal consequences for their actions.
