Fatal Cliff Fall Claims Man's Life in Baitadi

Dhangadhi: Tragedy struck as a man tragically lost his life after a fall from a cliff in Baitadi.

Jai Bahadur Chand, a resident of Melauli Rural Municipality Ward No. 3 within the district, met his untimely demise following a fall from a hill. The Sudurpaschim Province Police have reported that the 38-year-old Chand tragically lost his life in the early hours of the morning, specifically from the precipice known as Shukra.

The incident occurred when he fell from the Vita Bhir, located within the same vicinity. In response to the distressing occurrence, a team from the temporary police post in Selenkaf has been dispatched to the scene. The authorities are actively conducting an ongoing investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding this unfortunate incident.
