Uncertainty Surrounds Maoists' Parliamentary Meeting in Far West Province Over Government Formation
Dhangadhi: Uncertainty looms over the Maoists' parliamentary meeting in the Far West province, as the party postponed the session at the last minute citing unpreparedness. Originally scheduled for Friday at 2 pm to discuss the provincial government, the meeting was moved to Saturday by party leader Khag Raj Bhatta. However, the exact time of the rescheduled meeting remains unclear.
One of the key reasons for the delay is the lack of agreement among parties on ministerial division and participation in the government of the Far West Province, preventing the completion of the Council of Ministers. As this issue remains unresolved at the highest level in Kathmandu, the Chief Minister of the province faces difficulties in expanding the government.
