Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan vacates land occupied by individuals using dozers

Dhangadhi: The Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan has cleared the encroached road area in City-19 town plan toll, which was occupied and cultivated by people, using dozers. The sub-metropolitan municipality has separated the field and road area with the help of a dozer, establishing jurisdiction over the area where the road was encroached by people. 

The sub-metropolis has been carrying out the campaign to vacate encroached areas such as roads, alleys, and natural habitats while protecting public property. Mayor Gopal Hamal has stated that the campaign will continue for four years. 

The sub-metropolis is currently working to clear encroached canals in Ward No. 2, 3, and 4, based on the 2021 AD roadmap. The provision states that no public property can be taken over by individuals or organizations, and the sub-metropolis has been working for years to vacate the encroached areas within the sub-metropolis.
