Three Arrested for Drug Possession in Kailali: Police Conducting Further Investigation

Dhangadhi: Three individuals have been apprehended for drug-related offenses. On Sunday, authorities arrested 29-year-old Deepak Sunar of Kailali Ghodaghodi Municipality-2 Sadepani with 120 milligrams of drugs in Lamkichuha Municipality-1 Bhurua. According to the police stationed at the Area Police Office Lamki, Sunar was discovered with the substance hidden in his pocket during an investigation.

Furthermore, authorities arrested 27-year-old Pushparaj Jaishi of Krishnapur Municipality-5 in Kanchanpur and 23-year-old Deni Prasad Joshi of the same location near Tikapur municipality-1 forest office on Sunday. The Area police office Tikapur stated that while examining the motorcycle number M.2 P 8678, they discovered hashish and apprehended the two suspects with 800 milligrams of the substance.

As the investigation continues, the police are conducting further inquiries into the matter.
