6 youths arrested with drugs from Kailali and Kanchanpur

Dhangadhi: 6 youths have been arrested in Kailali and Kanchanpur with drugs.

Two youths were arrested on Wednesday with one gram of 860 milligrams from Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-2 Bhawani Marg of Kailali. Police said that 25-year-old Prakash Saud of the same place and 18-year-old youth of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-1 were arrested. Police arrested both people with drugs.

Similarly, four youths were arrested with drugs in Kanchanpur. Police said that 2 people were arrested on Wednesday with 3.73 grams of drugs from Belauri Municipality-10 Bhuda of the district. Among those arrested are 26-year-old Karan Dagaura and 24-year-old Ajay Chaudhary of Bhimdatta Municipality-3 Bichpuri.

They were arrested by the police after finding them with narcotic drugs while checking the motorcycle numbered S.P.P.02003 P.4247 standing at that place. Two people have been arrested with more drugs from Kanchanpur. 18-year-old Amit Khatri of Bhimdatta Municipality-4 Haldukhal and Karan Chaudhary of Bhimdatta Municipality-18 of the district were arrested with drugs.

Kanchanpur police said that both people were arrested along with 54 ampoules. The police said that further investigation is underway in this matter. Recently, after increasing the activity of the police against drugs, those involved have started to be arrested one after the other.
