Electrical Safety Day was celebrated in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: The Nepal Electricity Authority's Dhangadhi Distribution Center recently commemorated Electricity Safety Day to raise awareness about the hazards associated with electrical work. Surya Mandal, the center's head, highlighted the importance of this occasion, stressing the dangerous nature of electricity-related tasks.

According to Mandal, Electrical Safety Day is observed annually on Chaitra 26, with the primary goal of promoting safety consciousness among electricity personnel and consumers. He further asserted that electrical safety in the Far Western Province is commendable, but emphasized the need for constant vigilance and caution.

In view of the risks inherent in electrical work, Mandal underscored the significance of spreading awareness and disseminating information about electrical safety measures.
