Three Students in Darchula Injured After Being Struck by a Motorcycle

Darchulai: In Darchula, a regrettable incident occurred whereby a motorcycle collided with three students, causing injury to them. On Friday afternoon, in Mahakali Municipality-7 Dhap of the district, a motorcycle with license plate number 2 P 3946 struck a student from Malikarjun Namuna Mavi Dhap.

The collision resulted in the injury of Saraswati Bhat, Kamala Bhatt and Madhavi Pal, all residents of Mahakali Municipality-8. Bhat sustained a head injury, and her condition has been assessed as moderate. Bhatt and Pal sustained injuries to their leg and head respectively, and their condition has been assessed as stable, according to the police.

The motorcycle driver, Saksham Niraula, who is 18 years old and a resident of Mahakali Municipality-4, was apprehended by the police. As per the police investigation, the accident was caused due to the motorcycle losing control.
