COVID-19 Cases Reported in Far West: 18 Individuals in Kailali Test Positive

Dhangadhi: On Friday, COVID-19 infections were confirmed in 19 individuals in the Far West region of Nepal. According to the Health Directorate in Dipayal, out of the 683 individuals tested by the antigen method within the last 24 hours, 19 tested positive while 664 tested negative for the virus.

Of the 19 confirmed cases, 18 individuals were from Kailali while the remaining individual was from Kanchanpur. The Health Directorate has not disclosed any further information about the infected individuals at this time.
