Dhangadhi: During an emergency session of the House of Representatives on Friday, Nepali Congress MP Bir Bahadur Balayar was interrupted by the Speaker of the House, Agni Prasad Sapkota. Balayar's speech was cut short by the speaker, who deemed the topic he raised as irrelevant to the emergency session.

Balayar was speaking on the issue of the capital of the Far West, stating that the central government had not granted the hunger rights of the region, despite the Parliament's decision to designate the capital in 2075 BS. However, the speaker halted Balayar's statement by cutting off his microphone.

The Speaker reminded Balayar that he could only raise issues or events that occurred between the previous meeting and the current meeting during the emergency session. Following this, Balayar remained silent and did not speak further.
