Jeep accident in Baitadi

Baitadi: There has been a jeep accident in Baitadi. A jeep accident took place this morning due to brake failure in Patan Municipality-4 Toli of the district. Police Inspector Yogesh Khatri, spokesperson of the District Police Office, said there were 10 passengers in the jeep.

Vehicle No. 01-001 Ch 3125 on its way to Dhangadhi from Dehimandu  crashed. Police inspector Khatri said that there were 10 people in the jeep and they were all safe.

Police said that the brake of the jeep failed and hit the wall of the road and the jeep overturned on the side of the road. The police said that a major accident was avoided because the jeep stopped on the side of the road.
