Far-West gets its first female CDO in Darchula

Darchula: Ministry of Home Affairs has sent a new CDO to Darchula.

 

 

Ministry of Home Affairs has sent Kiran Joshi as the new CDO of Darchula. Joshi was transferred to Darchula on Friday as per the decision taken by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Thursday. Joshi has also become the first female CDO of Far-West. Joshi is the first woman from Far-West to be nominated for the post of Deputy Secretary through an open competition.

Joshi, who was born in Baitadi, has previously performed the duties of Home Administration as Doti's Assistant CDO. Joshi holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Law. Joshi has also written a book on public service. He said that till now, he has written a book on public service preparation at the level of buyer, deputy secretary, and joint secretary.

 

 

Joshi said that she wrote the book in collaboration with her husband Siddharaj Joshi, who is in civil service.
