A student organization locks Purchoudi Multipurpose Campus, Baitadi

Baitadi: A campus has been locked in the Baitadi district.

Nevi Sangal, a student organization close to the Nepali Congress, has locked down the district's Purchoudi Multipurpose Campus. The Navy union has locked the officer's office for arbitrariness in the election process of the Independent Students' Union.

The Election Officer's Office has accused the Navy Association of changing the election schedule by showing fear to the students of the Navy Association. The Navy Association has alleged that the Swaviyu elections to be held on Chait 5 did not proceed according to the schedule.

The Navy Union Baitadi has said that the lockdown will not be lifted until the agenda is advanced before the Swaviyu elections.
