Two die in a jeep accident in Doti

Doti: Two people have died in a jeep accident in Doti. In the accident, a 36-year-old driver Gobind Shahi of K.I. Singh-1 Mahadev and 41-year-old rider Dhan Bahadur Tiruwa of K.I. Singh-2 Jarimbhadi died on the spot, District Police Office Doti has informed.

Six people were injured in the accident. 27-year-old Tej Tiruwa and his wife Radha Tiruwa, 26, who lived in K.I. Singh Rural Municipality, Dumrakot, is in serious condition. Police Inspector Laxmiraj Joshi of District Police Office Doti informed that both people were sent to Sujung Hospital Rajpur Doti for treatment.

Sameer Tiruwa, Suraj Tiruwa, Lakshmi Tiruwa, and Meen Luhar of the same place who sustained minor injuries have returned home after normal treatment. The accident took place on Friday at 11:30 pm at a place called Loli with the number S.P.Pr.0123001 Ch 3329 going from Dipayal to Ghantalaya.

The police said that the cause of the accident could not be revealed. There were eight people in the jeep including the driver.
