Chief Administrative Officer's office in Ghodaghodi Municipality locked by locals

Dhangadhi: The office of the Chief Administrative Officer of Ghodaghodi Municipality of Kailali has been locked.

On Friday, Rashtriya Yuva Sangh Nepal Kailali locked the office of Chief Administrative Officer Deepak Kumar Acharya.

Shivraj Chand, president of the National Youth Association of Nepal Kailali, said that the lockdown was imposed until the demands are met. The youth union has also submitted a demand letter to the chief administrative officer with 11 different demands.

The chief administrative officer's office has been locked on allegations of arbitrarily misusing vehicles, holding the city executive hostage and not holding the city meeting on time, the head of the office not sitting in his position and defaming the city executive on social media by using challenging words to the city residents.
