A fugitive arrested in Kailali

Dhangadhi: An absconding accused in a killing case has been arrested in Kailali. On Sunday, the police team of District Police Office Kailali arrested 30-year-old Shyam Sharma, resident of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan ward number 2.

Sharma, who was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment and 500 fine by Kailali District Court in Baishak in 2071, was absconding. Kailali police said that Sharma was arrested from his house.
