A man arrested with drugs in Godawari

Dhangadhi: A man from Dadeldhura has been arrested from Godawari in Kailali for possessing drugs. He was arrested with drugs from Godawari municipality of the district.

30-year-old Rajesh Pal, who currently lives in Godawari Municipality-2 Ring Road, was arrested. Police said that Pal, a resident of Dadeldhura Amargadhi Municipality-9, was arrested on Sunday while riding a scooty numbered M 2 P 1530 near Attaria Bus Park.

During the check by the police team, he was arrested with 6 plastic packets of grey heroin hidden in the left pocket of the jeans worn by Pal and a few packets inside the right shoe. According to the police, Pal was arrested with 540 mg of narcotic drug (heroin).
