A fire outbreak in a hotel in Baitadi causes a loss of 6 lakhs

Baitadi: A fire broke out in a hotel in Baitadi. Inspector Yogesh Khatri, spokesperson of the District Police Office, Baitadi, said that the fire broke out in a hotel owned by Prakash Bhatta located in Patan Municipality 4 thum of the district around 9 o'clock on Sunday night.

According to the police, a fire broke out in a hotel covered with zinc leaves, causing a loss worth 6 lakhs. All the furniture and other paraphernalia in the hotel were destroyed in the fire. Similarly, the police said that a grocery store was also made in one of the rooms of the hotel and all the contents of the store were destroyed by fire.

The fire was brought under control with the help of a police team led by Police Inspector Kamal Prasad Chaudhary from the area police office Patan, local and Patan municipality fire brigade.
