Three arrested with drugs in Kanchanpur

Dhangadhi: Three youths have been arrested with drugs in Kanchanpur. Those arrested are 46-year-old Karna Vik of Godavari Municipality-3 in Kailali, 33-year-old Rakesh Koirala, who lives in a hotel in Godavari 2, Attaria Bazar, and 24-year-old Chandrawati Kapdial, who lives in Rajghat, Krishnapur Municipality-9.

They were arrested with 2.91 grams of brown heroin in their car from Belauri Municipality-7 of the district on Monday, according to the local police office Belauri. The police inspector Dansingh Bhandari said that the car they were riding in was taken into custody.

It is said that while checking them for suspicion, the drug brown heroin hidden by Rakesh in his left hand was seized and the three persons were arrested and further investigation is underway.
