The vote count halted in Kailali-4

Dhangadhi: Counting for Kailali constituency no. 4 has been postponed. During the counting of votes in the House of Representatives, the representatives of CPN-UML postponed the counting of votes as one vote was found to be torn.

Electoral Officer Indra Bahadur Kathayat said that the counting of votes was halted after a ballot paper was found torn. Kathayat said that the counting of votes was stopped after the representatives of the party, including the candidates, said that the counting should be started only after discussing and agreeing with each other.

They said that the counting of votes will be started again after the discussion.
