Nagrik Unmukti Party takes the initial lead in Kailali-2

Dhangadhi: In constituency number 2 of Kailali, the candidate of Nagrik Unmukti Party is taking the lead. When 6547 votes of the members of the House of Representatives were counted, Arun Kumar Chaudhary of the Nagrik Unmukti Party appears to be taking the lead.

Chaudhary has garnered 2438 votes. Bhagat Bahadur Baduwal of CPN Maoist Center has garnered 1834 votes while UML candidate Jhapta Bahadur Rawal has garnered 1670 votes. In Kailali Constituency No. 2, 9 candidates are in the race to become members of the House of Representatives.

Kamlesh Kumar Chaudhary from the Democratic Socialist Party, Deshram Chaudhary from the Nepal Loktantri Party, Padma Bahadur Budhamgar from the Mongol National Organization, Bharat Singh Budhakshetri from the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party, Ramesh Kumar Rawal from the Nepal Workers' Farmers Party and Shekhar Sharma from the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Socialist) are candidates for the House of Representatives.

In constituency number 2 of Kailali, 60,629 votes have been cast. The constituency has 1lakh 4 thousand 9 hundred and 6 voters.
