Seven police personnel deployed in Bhatta’s residence in Attaria

Dhangadhi: More security personnel have been mobilized at the residence of UML Secretary and Far-West In-charge Lekhraj Bhatta after a group of ex-combatant youth entered his house and threatened to kill him.

Deputy Superintendent of Police DSP Rabindra Pandey of Malakheti Area Police Office informed that two senior policemen and 5 regular policemen have been deployed. On Tuesday, two people entered the residence of Bhatta, who is also a candidate for the Member of the House of Representatives of Kailali Region No. 4, and threatened to kill him.

Both of them have been detained by the Malakheti Area Police Office and the investigation is underway.
