Bhatta and Balayar have a neck-to-neck competition in Kailali-4

Dhangadhi: Bir Bahadur Balayar, the candidate of the power alliance (Nepali Congress) is leading in Kailali constituency number 4 with 1815 votes.

According to the voting results so far, Lekhraj Bhatt, the candidate of CPN-UML who is following Bir Bahadur, has got 1812 votes. There is a difference of 3 votes between them.
