Dhangadhi: Bir Bahadur Balayar, a candidate from the alliance (Nepali Congress) is leading in Kailali constituency number 4 with 703 votes.

Referring to the counting done so far, Lekhraj Bhatt, the candidate of CPN-UML has garnered 605 votes.
