22 Polling Stations Designated in Far-west for Provisional Voters [With List]
Dhangadhi: The Election Commission has designated 22 temporary polling stations in Far West for the proportional voting process of the House of Representatives and State Assembly member elections to be held on November 20th (Mangshir 4th).
The Commission has designated temporary polling stations for temporary voters in all the 9 districts of Far West. With the appointment of the polling station by the commission, the provision in the constitution that allows temporary voters to vote has been implemented for the first time.
The staff and security personnel assigned to the polling station can vote in the station where they are stationed. In order to be a provisional voter, there is a legal requirement that one's name must be included in the final electoral roll.
