Difficulty in getting nutritious food due to transport stoppage in Darchula

Darchula: In Darchula, it is difficult for children to get nutritious food due to the suspension of transportation. The Tinker road connecting Duhu and Byas in the northern part of Darchula is still not functional.

2,700 children from Duhu and Byas have not been able to eat nutritious food since the transport was stopped. Since the roads were closed due to landslides and floods, the nutritious food given to the school children could not be transported.

Various daily necessities have not been transported. 2,700 children of 43 schools in Byas and Duhu Rural Municipality have not been able to eat lunch. The Saniya administration has said that the work of bringing the road into operation is underway.
