Power outage across Far West including Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: Electricity service has been interrupted throughout the Far Western Province. The transmission line towards Tanakpur and the national transmission line towards Nepal were experiencing power outages.

According to the Regional Electricity Office, Attaria, power supply has been disrupted in various places in the far west and Karnali. It is said that it will take some time for the power supply to be restored as similar problems are being solved. The power outage has caused problems for the media, factories and industries across the far west. Clients have been hit hard during this summer.
