Writ filed in Supreme Court demanding High Court in Dhangadhi
Dhangadhi: A writ petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking a High Court in Dhangadhi, Kailali. A lawyer has filed a writ petition alleging that the government has not implemented the provisions of the law even though there should be a high court in the state capital.
Advocate Dipendra Chand has filed a writ petition in the public interest saying that an order should be issued for the establishment of a high court in the place where the temporary capital of the state is located.
In the writ petition, Chand has invited Kailali's advocates, who are willing to have a free debate on the issue, through social media after the Supreme Court fixed the next hearing.
