Irrigation projects on hold due to tussle with the locals

Nation's pride, Rani, Jamra and Kulariya irrigation project has not been able to move forward. The locals have not been able to move ahead after demanding compensation. Around forty acres of land has been taken from the locals for which they have not been properly compensated. 
However, it has been highlighted that the locals are demanding the repatriation. The non-government organization too is being accused of influencing the project for self-interest.
