Healthcare institutions in far-west running short on medicines
Healthcare institutions in far-western states are running short on medicines. Even after the start of the second month of the second quarter of the fiscal year, no institutions in the state has even begun drug procurement. According to the federalism, rights and responsibilities of drug procurement are local level government, but it has failed to fulfill the responsibility of drug purchasing. Regardless of being elected to the local level government for two years, the citizens of the state have not availed the public with proper medicines.
