Two arrested for possessing grey heroin in Kanchanpur

Dhangadhi: Two people have been arrested for possessing drugs in Kanchanpur.

A team deployed at the border out-post, Bhuda under the Armed Police Force Nepal No. 35 Battalion Headquarters Shaileshwari Kanchanpur arrested 30-year-old Asok Sunar and 20-year-old Keshav Chand of Bhimdatta Municipality-6 with 8.690 grams of grey heroin.

He was arrested on his way to Nepal on a motorcycle (Se 4 Pa 7527) from India at Thapachok in Belauri Municipality-10. Three mobile phones, two ATMs and 128 Nepali rupees have also been recovered from them.

Armed Police Superintendent Birendra Bahadur Air said that they were handed over to the Area Police Office, Beldandi for further action.
