A 24-year-old suffering from blood cancer appeals for help
Dhangadhi: A 24-year-old man from Darchula has been diagnosed with blood cancer. Dipendra Pal of Lekam Rural Municipality Ward No. 4 of the district is undergoing treatment in Kathmandu after being diagnosed with blood cancer. Pal, who is a fourth year student at the Faculty of Management at the Far Western University, was admitted to Mahakali Hospital due to health problems. Mahakali Hospital had referred him to Dhangadhi.
He was diagnosed for blood cancer at Maya Metro Hospital in Dhangadhi. His elder brother Min Pal said that he is currently undergoing treatment at Civil Hospital in Kathmandu.
He said that they require Rs 9 lakh for his initial treatment and Rs 12 to 16 lakh for the transplantation of bone marrow. They have appealed for help as they are unable to manage such a large amount of money. Anyone who wants to help can contact him on his mobile number 9868722206.
