Job opening for 8 lab technicians to expedite Coronavirus testing

The Provincial Health Supply and Management Center under the Ministry of Social Development published a job opening on Thursday on their social media page for eight lab technicians. The application remains open till June 14, said Laxmi Shrestha, Information Officer at the Center.

Narendra Karki, chief of the Health Division at the Province’s Social Development Ministry said, “We are currently understaffed. Testing of corona virus will be expedited if eight more lab technicians are added. There are plans to install additional PCR machines. If eight employees are added to the contract, the testing capacity will increase.”
