Prakash Rawal resigns from being a minister of State

Minister of State for Industries, Tourism, Forest and Environment of Far West Mr. Prakash Rawal has resigned from his post. A case had been registered against Rawal at the District Court, Kanchanpur.

Nabaraj Pandey, a branch officer of the court has confirmed that a case had been filed by Tara Prasad and ten other shareholders of Janjyoti Multiple Campus, against Rawal and thirty six other shareholders of Janjyoti Multiple Campus, on the charges of fraudulent.

Rawal who is also a share holder at the college has allegedly been involved in equity fraud. The Department of Money Laundering Investigation is currently evaluating Rawal’s property. While, Rawal claims to be innocent and calls the case a conspiracy planned against him.
