Sumit Singh suspected to have dual identities

Sumit Singh alias Guddu Singh was arrested in October for allegedly minting money from three persons arrested by the police for smuggling fish from India. Singh allegedly took money from their family by claiming to rescue them from the police. DSP at the District Police Office, Kailali Mr. Daksha Kumar Basnyet, said that the investigation was underway when he found two citizenships issued on Sumit Singh's name, one from District Administration Office, Kailali while the other was registered as Amit Pratap Singh from Kanchanpur. However, both the citizenships had his photograph.
