Sudurpaschim Government Distributes Relief Materials to Flood Victims in Darchula

Dhangadhi: The Sudurpaschim Provincial Government has handed over relief materials to flood victims in Darchula.

The provincial government dispatched the supplies to assist local residents affected by floods in Mangaun, located in Byas Rural Municipality-4, Darchula.

Khusiram Dagaura Tharu, Minister for Internal Affairs and Law, handed over the relief materials sent through his ministry. Minister Tharu distributed the supplies to local representatives, including Ramdatta Joshi, Chairperson of Lekam Rural Municipality, and residents of Byas.

The provincial government stated that the relief materials were sent to address the immediate needs of families affected by the floods. The consignment includes essential items such as 50 blankets and 40 tents.

The ministry affirmed the provincial government’s commitment to providing immediate relief to flood-affected citizens and offering further assistance as required.
