28-year-old man arrested on rape allegation in Kailali

Dhangadhi: A 28-year-old man has been arrested in Kailali on an allegation of raping a 19-year-old woman.

Police arrested Ramsewak Kushmi Chaudhary, 28, of Tikapur Municipality-6, Beluwa, on Saturday morning.

A police team deployed from Satti Police Station, Tikapur, arrested Chaudhary following a complaint alleging that he had raped the 19-year-old woman.

Police said further investigation into the incident is underway.
