Rudrabhishek Yagya held at Shivagauri Dham in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: A Rudrabhishek Yagya has been organized at Shree Shivagauri Dham in Bhagwati Tole, Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-4. The religious ritual was organized by the Shree Shivagauri Dham Conservation Society with the objective of preserving Hindu faith, religious rituals and ancient traditions.

Dham Secretary Indra Singh said the Dham has been organizing various religious rituals every year to preserve and promote the worship of Lord Shiva and religious traditions, and has continued the practice this year as well.

As part of the program, a Kalash Yatra was taken out from the Dham premises at 8 am on Friday. The Kalash Yatra was conducted with the participation of various organizations and local residents, including Bhagwati Tole Sanstha, Namaste Yuva Club, Panjali Yoga Committee, Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, Hindu Parishad Nepal and Shivpuri Sanshana Samaj.

The organizers said the Rudrabhishek Yagya would be conducted from morning to afternoon, followed by recitation from 3 pm. Secretary Singh said the Yagya would conclude with an evening aarti.

The temple said city residents, devotees and public representatives have also been invited to the religious ritual. The Shree Shivagauri Dham Conservation Society has urged devotees to attend the temple premises and participate in the religious ritual to help make the program a success.
