Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City begins land administration services for the first time

Dhangadhi: Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City has started providing government services related to land administration for the first time. A separate land management branch has been established, and services including surveying, land ownership registration and revenue collection have been brought into operation from the current fiscal year.

According to Bhuwan Shahi, chief of the sub-metropolitan city’s land management branch, services previously provided by the land reform office, land revenue office and survey office are now being delivered regularly through the sub-metropolitan city’s land management branch.

With this, Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City has become the first and only local level so far in Sudurpaschim Province to operate land administration services independently.
