Seti provincial hospital to conduct biannual employee evaluation, honors outstanding staff

Dhangadhi: Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadhi has announced plans to implement a regular 360-degree employee evaluation system every six months in the coming days.

According to the hospital, the program is intended to increase positive motivation among staff, improve the working environment, and help address and improve identified weaknesses.

Based on the evaluation results, Senior Laboratory Assistant Durga Dutta Joshi and Laboratory Technician Tirtharaj Joshi have been honored as outstanding laboratory employees.
